Possible causes

Incorrect cargo stowage in C2
Air leakage between bulkheads
C2 remote evaporator blocked by ice
Stuck liquid solenoid valve

Recommended actions

Inspect bulkhead sealing
Perform manual defrost on C2 remote unit
Verify multi-temperature setpoint settings
Check C2 fan operation
