Possible causes

Air obstruction in the third compartment
C3 refrigeration solenoid issue
Incorrect microprocessor configuration
Out-of-calibration C3 temperature sensor

Recommended actions

Check airflow and stowage in C3
Test C3 solenoid actuation
Submerge sensor in ice/water mix to test accuracy
Verify rear door airtightness
