Communication failure between the microprocessor and the stepper motor module 2 (STP2).

Possible causes

Interrupted communication harness
Lack of voltage to STP2
Incorrect module addressing
Defective STP2 board

Recommended actions

Verify CAN wiring continuity
Measure 12V/24V supply at STP2 connector
Inspect main microprocessor pins
Replace STP2 module
