No Comm From Micro to STP4

Communication failure between the microprocessor and stepper motor module 4 (STP4).

Possible causes

Defective CAN connection to STP4
Lack of power at the module
Damaged STP4 control board
Severe electrical noise

Recommended actions

Verify communication network wiring
Confirm 12V power at the module
Restart microprocessor
Test with new STP4 module
