Reported exhaust pressure is unusually low during normal operation.

Possible causes

Massive leak in the exhaust system
Disconnected or broken pressure sensor hose
Failed back pressure sensor
Manifold gasket leak

Recommended actions

Physically inspect for exhaust leaks
Verify pressure hose integrity
Test sensor voltage
Secure filter flange connections
