Electrical failure detected in the regeneration fuel injector.

Possible causes

Shorted injector solenoid
Open circuit in wiring
Damaged injector connector
ECU output failure

Recommended actions

Measure injector resistance
Check ECU signal pulse
Clean electrical contacts
Replace injector if out of range
