Exhaust pressure has exceeded the absolute safety limit for engine operation.

Possible causes

DPF filter completely clogged
Ice or frozen water in exhaust
Total mechanical obstruction
Critical pressure sensor failure

Recommended actions

Do not operate engine
Inspect for muffler restriction
Remove DPF for visual inspection
Verify sensor with external gauge
