Possible causes

C3 outlet sensor failure
Refrigerant leak in secondary circuit
Sensor connector with moisture

Recommended actions

Inspect sensor and its position on the piping
Clean connectors with electronics cleaner
Check evaporator fan operation
Replace sensor if reading is erratic
