Possible causes

Stuck expansion valve
C3 sensors out of range
Lack of airflow in evaporator

Recommended actions

Inspect C3 solenoid operation
Verify inlet/outlet sensor readings
Check refrigerant gas charge
Replace temperature sensor if necessary
